Privacy Policy

Account information. Name, email, phone number, city and account role when you sign up.

Vehicle information. Photos, description, location and availability of cars listed by Hosts.

Booking and payment data. Trip dates, amounts and payment status. Card numbers are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on GoLow servers.

Location data. Addresses and zip codes you search for, used to show nearby cars and approximate map positions.

We use your information to operate the marketplace: matching Guests with Hosts, processing payments and payouts, sending booking confirmations and legal documents, preventing fraud, and improving the platform.

Hosts see a Guest's name and trip details. Guests see a Host's first name, vehicle and approximate pickup area. Full addresses are shared only between the parties of an active booking.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials on our own servers.

GoLow relies on trusted providers for payments, maps and geocoding, and transactional email. These providers receive only the minimum information required to perform their service and are bound by their own privacy obligations.

You can update your profile, vehicle details and availability at any time from your account. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us — some records must be retained for legal, tax and fraud-prevention reasons.

Access to personal data is restricted by row-level access controls, encrypted connections and signed, short-lived links for private files such as vehicle photos.
