These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Golow platform, website, and related services operated by Golow LLC (“Golow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Golow platform, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

Golow operates a peer-to-peer vehicle sharing marketplace that enables independent vehicle owners (“Hosts”) to list their vehicles and connect with individuals seeking to rent vehicles (“Renters”). Golow does not own, lease, maintain, control, or operate any vehicles listed on the platform. All vehicles are owned and provided by independent third-party Hosts. Golow is not a party to any rental agreement between Hosts and Renters. All vehicle rental transactions occur directly between the Host and the Renter.

2. User Eligibility

To use the Golow platform, users must be at least the minimum legal age required to operate a motor vehicle in their jurisdiction and possess a valid driver’s license where required. Users agree that all information provided during registration or booking is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Golow platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities occurring under their account.

4. Vehicle Listings

Hosts are responsible for providing accurate information about vehicles listed on the platform, including vehicle condition, availability, pricing, and any applicable restrictions. Golow does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of vehicle listings and is not responsible for any misrepresentation by Hosts.

5. Booking and Payments

Golow provides payment processing services that facilitate transactions between Hosts and Renters. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. By completing a booking, the Renter agrees to pay the listed rental price and any applicable fees disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Vehicle Use

Renters agree to operate vehicles responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, reckless driving, racing, unauthorized commercial use, or any activity prohibited by the Host.

7. Responsibility for Damage

Renters are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss affecting the vehicle during the rental period, subject to any protection plan or insurance coverage selected at the time of booking.

8. Insurance and Protection Plans

Protection plans or insurance coverage may be available through Golow or third-party insurance providers. Coverage terms, deductibles, and limitations will be disclosed during the booking process.

9. Prohibited Activities

Using the platform for illegal activities
Providing false or misleading information
Interfering with the operation or security of the platform
Circumventing the platform to conduct rentals outside Golow
Tampering with vehicle tracking devices or technology

10. Platform Fees

Golow may charge service fees, transaction fees, or other platform charges for facilitating bookings. All applicable fees will be disclosed to users before completing a transaction.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golow LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from or related to the use of any vehicle listed on the platform. Users acknowledge that vehicles are owned and maintained by independent Hosts, and Golow does not guarantee the safety, legality, reliability, or availability of any vehicle listed.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Golow LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the user’s use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

Golow reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

15. Changes to Terms

Golow may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the platform and will become effective upon publication.
