Marketplace and Peer-to-Peer Car Sharing Platform

Golow LLC is a technology platform that operates a peer-to-peer vehicle sharing marketplace. The platform enables independent vehicle owners (“Hosts”) to list their vehicles and connect with individuals seeking to rent vehicles (“Renters”). Golow does not own, lease, maintain, control, or operate any vehicles listed on the platform. All vehicles are owned and provided by independent third-party Hosts. Golow is not a party to any rental agreement between Hosts and Renters. Any vehicle rental transaction is entered into directly between the Host and the Renter. Golow’s role is limited to providing the online marketplace, payment processing, and platform services that facilitate these peer-to-peer transactions. Users acknowledge and agree that Golow is not a rental car company, transportation provider, vehicle broker, or insurer, and Golow assumes no responsibility for the condition, safety, legality, or operation of any vehicle listed on the platform.
